Please use the Service Catalog for all technology help requests.

NOTE: If you encounter a technical issue while teaching or presenting in a classroom or conference room and need immediate assistance, please call the main KATE office at x.5360, and they will find a technician to assist you.

Technology Planning

The KATE office should be consulted about all technology that will be used (i.e. purchased, brought in, ordered, etc.) within the College of Education and Human Services before final decisions/purchases are made.

This is vital to ensure that:

  1. The technology is compatible with our current systems

  2. The technology will meet the specifications of its intended purpose

  3. Proper preparations are made before implementation
